Fear of Heights - High Peak
A unique one day course, held in the High Peak, geared to helping you overcome your fear of heights and to test the changes by introducing you to the basics of abseiling and climbing in the Peak District. Fear of Heights - Macclesfield
A one day course, held in Macclesfield, to help you overcome your fear of heights and to test the changes around Macclesfield (no climbing or abseiling involved). Maximum of 4 particpants. Pre-booking essential.

Self Hypnosis Course
This course introduces you to: the principles and benefits of hypnosis; how to develop the skills of self-hypnosis. By the end of the course you will have learned about the history of hypnosis; understand how the mind works in relation to trance; and have gained the skills and confidence to take yourself into hypnosis and bring yourself out of this nicely relaxed state, feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and energised. Maximum of 6 particpants. Pre-booking essential.

Understanding and combatting stress in the workplace - Corporate Training Workshop
This two and a half hour workshop focuses on helping company staff understand what stress is; how it can affect you physically, mentally and emotionally; and teaches staff useful methods to not only overcome the immediate effects of stress but empowers them to regain balance in their lives and work. This workshop is particularly useful when companies are going through major changes such as restructuring.
